I have completed 5 half marathons and 2 marathons starting in 2010. I know I can finish them, now it's time to get to work on speed-endurance. My goal this spring of 2013 is to get a sub 2:00 for the half marathon and go from there. I don't have any marathons in sight just quite yet. I hope to give to others what has been given to me.
